We pride ourselves in a growing list of both new and repeat satisfied clients who constantly turn to us for our assistance and expertise regarding their commercial property inspection needs.
Our clients include:
- Owner occupants. NPI inspectors have performed numerous commercial building inspections for CPAs, law firms, insurance agencies and other clients who bought and then occupied their own office buildings. This is likewise for restaurant owners, warehouses, bowling alleys, etc.
- Investors. Some of our repeat clients include investors who specialize in purchasing large apartment complexes or strip malls across the U.S. and Canada. Many of our repeat customers make smaller investments in rental houses or duplexes. Large or small – all of our clients are important to us.
- Insurance companies. Sometimes insurance companies request commercial building inspections to verify that a given property has fire suppression and/or security systems. National Property Inspections’ insurance clients utilize our commercial property inspection services to establish whether or not there was wind damage, hail damage, etc. to a commercial building.
- Mortgage companies. Commercial properties can carry large mortgages. NPI inspectors can verify how many spaces are occupied in a strip mall, how many apartments an apartment complex has refurbished and available for rent, or that large hotels, bowling alleys, etc., have paying customers coming and going at a particular hour.
- Banks. We can perform asset/inventory checks (e.g. count the number of units and verify serial numbers of inventory at appliance stores, electronic stores, hardware stores, etc.).
- Property management companies. NPI inspectors can assist with problem solving or planning for long-term capital expenditures.
- Real estate investment/management companies.
- Commercial tenants. Local and national retailers, restaurants, claims, etc.
- Facility management companies.
- Local and national property owners/landlords.
- Field service companies. NPI inspectors can provide draw requests, take photographs or provide inventory checks.
- Insurance/bonding companies. We can verify if the contractor pulled a building permit, is on-site and that work is in progress or provide dispute resolutions.
